RCPA is working with partners including the Sonoma County Agricultural Preservation and Open Space District, County Regional Parks, and the Sonoma County Water Agency to promote conservation and restoration of the region’s sequestration potential, as well as develop adaptation strategies to protect natural resources from climate change impacts.
RCPA is working with community groups including the Sonoma Biochar Initiative to investigate carbon sequestration technologies.
