RCPA will facilitate regional collaboration between stakeholders to ensure every opportunity for regional action is identified and captured to achieve all local GHG reduction goals. The BKi Team as Retrofit Program Consultant
The consultant team will ensure the Countywide Retrofit/Renewables Program is effective and affordable. The team will coordinate program planning and implementation for workforce training, public outreach, project financing, and quality assurance for the Retrofit Program.
